    Ilias Ermenidis is the 1st nose behind Halston Catalyst for Men. A native Greek, Ilias discovered perfumery at his father's flavors and fragrance factory in Istanbul. He studied perfumery in Paris and was the first perfumer trainee hired by Firmenich from ISIP. After ten years living between Paris and Geneva, he moved to New York, where he has been thriving for 25 years.

    Harry Frémont is the 2nd nose behind Halston Catalyst for Men. NEW YORK — Harry Fremont, a master perfumer at Firmenich who has created upward of 350 scents in his over 30-year career, compared fragrance to clothing or shoes — specifically to suits for men.
