Loc Dong is the 1st nose behind Perry Ellis Portfolio for Men. Loc Dong was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He is the industry's first Asian fine fragrance perfumer. Since 2002 he worked for International Flavors & Fragrances, and is currently a Senior Perfumer at IFF New York.
